Produce a product that can impress a customer.

What I am doing is, first, to make sure that a defect does not occur by understanding and eliminating the basic cause of a defect when it occurs. Second, I test performance through a measurement test and pre-shipment tests. Third, I conduct improvement activities through cases of repairing, defects and checking other companies.

When a defect occurs, our company tracks a cause of a defect by reporting a defect to the person in charge in a related department (research laboratory, technical department, product quality department and production department) and proceeding a test and product disassembly together with those departments to understand an exact cause of a defect. When necessary, we visit a customer and verify an installation environment and installation method. When an environment is wrong, we analyze how to improve or recommend a product that can be used under a specific environment. When an installation is wrong, we inform a correct installation method.

Also, we constantly carry out improvement activities to supply a better product cheaper and faster. And we conduct a test for a part that can be introduced by understanding whether it can be introduced by collecting new material development and another company’s improvement cases through monitoring.

We are working to come up with products that have better performance and can impress customers as well.
