Always prioritizing the convenience of customers.

I have been working at KJC , since March 1996. KJC is a company with long continuous service years. Even though it is a small and medium-sized enterprise, its treatment of employees is pretty good. The sales department is composed of the sales department in Seoul, the sales department in Busan Head Office Sales Office and overseas sales team. The sales department’s duty is to manage existing accounts and authorized dealers and develop new accounts and items.

The principle of KJC’s sales policy is direct dealing with an account. We approve an authorized dealer if it is absolutely necessary. It is because we regard convenience of a customer as a priority and to handle a problem occurring on the site promptly. When a product has a problem, the sales department visits the site.

We do our best to solve a problem on site. However, if a problem cannot be solved, we exchange a product for a new one to minimize any damage that a person will suffer because we consider the position of a person in charge of the site.

And we solve a problem later by analyzing a cause. If a problem is discovered, we report and share information with accounts. Through such sales standards, we strengthen fellowship with accounts. In principle, the sales department is required to participate in a meeting with a technical department of an account but we request a staff in the technical department or the research laboratory to attend when necessary. It is to give satisfaction to an account quickly by minimizing the number of meetings.

The overseas sales team is composed of employees who can speak English and Chinese. We deal with buyers promptly through telephone calls and e-mails. For sales business occurring overseas and a technical meeting for a product, we visit a foreign country and handle business.

One of the important tasks of the sales department is developing a new item. We basically have knowledge about machine facilities because we conduct sales by visiting a site. Through this, we are continuously finding new clients. We are constantly developing new products such as KJC Press Seats and HYD’ Shafts without satisfying with rotary joints and swivel joints.

KJC also participate in many exhibitions to promote our products consistently. In Korea, we have been participating in KOMAF, SIMTOS and BUTECH. In overseas countries, we have been continually participating in Indonesia, China, Thailand, Vietnam, etc.

KJC have been continuously investing in facilities, manpower resources and external promotion to maintain the number one position in Korea.
